About This Project

In celebration of World Bath Bomb Day, I joined Aircards team to develop a captivating Web-based interactive experience for LUSH.The Virtual Bathroom experience, immerses users in a 3D environment showcasing five unique LUSH bath bomb products. Each product is set within its own distinctively themed bathroom, complete with a variety of interactive hotspots designed to engage and delight users.

Impact

The LUSH Virtual Bathroom WebXR Experience has:

  • Boosted brand engagement by immersing users in a unique digital environment, directly connecting them with LUSH’s products in an innovative way.
  • Elevated the retail and e-commerce by leveraging WebXR technology to offer an interactive and immersive shopping experience.
  • Enhanced product discovery through interactive hotspots, allowing users to explore and learn about products in a fun and engaging manner.

Technical Details and Responsibilities

  • WebXR Development: Lead the development of the Virtual Bathroom using A-Frame, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Three.js, ensuring a seamless and immersive user experience.
  • 3D Model Integration: Integrated and optimized high-quality 3D models of bath bomb products and thematic bathroom environments.
  • UI & Interactive Navigation: Implemented 2D and 3D UI, along as hotspot-based navigation, enabling users to explore the virtual environment intuitively. Interactions triggered animations, sounds, and video content, adding depth and engagement to the user journey.
